About

Rai Shahnawaz

For twenty years I was a journalist. My work was to listen until the real story surfaced. Today I do the same thing at a deeper level, with people who are ready to change the story they have been living inside.

The Path Here

From the newsroom to the root of the pattern

I began in journalism in 2006 and spent two decades in news and investigative reporting, including international media. Interviewing people, again and again, I kept meeting the same quiet truth: we are shaped far more by what happened to us early on than by what we know now. Intelligent, accomplished people would describe a pattern with perfect clarity and still be unable to stop it.

That question stayed with me until I went looking for a method that could answer it. I found it in Rapid Transformational Therapy, trained in person in Amsterdam, and built my practice around it.

The Baseline Framework grew out of that training and my work with clients. It follows a deliberate sequence: find where the pattern began, resolve the meaning held there, then make the change hold in everyday life.

What I Work With

The patterns clients bring to me

  • 01Relationship patterns, attachment and a bond you cannot let go of
  • 02Anger and reactions that arrive before judgement
  • 03Self-worth and the quiet sense of not being enough
  • 04Procrastination and self-sabotage in otherwise capable people
  • 05Grief that has not settled

Every client receives a transformation recording written for them alone, built from their own words and the specific meaning we uncovered together. Nothing is generic.

If what you are facing is outside what this work can responsibly help with, I will tell you at the orientation.

“Before RTT, I was all over the place… My brain never knew how to be calm. Even in my sleep, my brain used to be active… It still is the best decision I took for myself.”

How I Work

A small practice, by design.

I take on a limited number of clients each month. Each engagement has a clear beginning, a structured middle and a proper completion, and I stay closely involved throughout.

I see clients in person in Lahore, and online across Pakistan and worldwide. Both receive the same structure, the same attention and the same personalised recording.

What you share is held in strict confidence, within the standard professional limits I explain at the start of our work.

Next Step

Let’s talk about what is running you.

The first conversation is complimentary. It is where we find out whether this work is right for you.
